Description of Cica post-care:

Damaged skin needs time to repair as it is our first line of defense. The skin’s return to its normal, healthy appearance doesn’t happen overnight. Difficulties during repair can further prolong the process.
Pregnancy can cause stretch marks. The skin is not able to restructure itself correctly & lacks firmness.
CICA or Tiger grass is a highly purified composition of some of the most powerful molecules found within the Centella Asiatica plant, better known as Titrated Extract of Centella Asiatica. CICA works to repair damaged skin faster and restore skin integrity by boosting the vital proteins within the dermis and by a soothing effect. We produce our extract from wild Centella Asiatica harvested in Madagascar. This particular botanical variety is more stable in the composition of pentacyclic triterpenes (actives), has a higher amount of those actives, and grows wild. Cultivated Centella Asiatica loses its pharmacological profile and has low active content.

In our formulation, we combine CICA with Provitamin B5 (panthenol) known for its restorative, healing, anti-inflammatory, soothing, and regenerating actions. Panthenol penetrates the epidermis and is absorbed by skin cells, where it is transformed into pantothenic acid and acts on the hydration of the stratum corneum. It strengthens the hydrolipidic film to fight water loss and dehydration. Creams containing panthenol help the skin regain its softness and elasticity. Doctors also use panthenol to treat superficial skin and mucous membrane lesions. It repairs the skin barrier, stimulates fibroblast proliferation, and improves healing. It promotes rapid cell renewal. Wash your face before applying the moisturizer.

How to use Cica post-care: 

Use transition words to improve the flow of the content. Collect a dime-sized amount of the cream. Dab it onto your face. Follow an upward, circular direction to massage the cream onto your skin. Do not apply the cream to your eyelids. Clean skin is the ideal surface for applying the cream, which can be used in synergy with serums and should be applied in the morning or at night.
