At HBA we are committed to provide the best customer experience. That is why, if you have any problem with your order, you can return any product you bought within 14 calendar days after delivery.
If the reason for the return is that you have changed your mind about your order. that’s fine! To return products, just keep them in the same state in which you received them; unopened and with the original packaging and box. In the case of a gift pack, it cannot be divided, so you must return the complete pack. You will be responsible for any shipping costs that may arise from such a return. Once we receive the products, we will check that everything is correct and contact you to let you know that we will arrange the refund. HBA will refund the cost of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order.
How do I make the return?
Write to us to email@example.com with the order details and the reason for the return and we will send you an email explaining the procedure to follow.
What if I receive a damaged product or one that does not correspond to what I bought?
In that case, we will take care of the whole process in a simple way and without any cost for you. You will only have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details and indicating the damaged or incorrect references (if necessary you can attach a photo) and we will work to solve it as soon as possible.
